This painting utilizes the same geometric grid as "The Other Side of Spacetime", but here I wanted to explore the 'feeling' of the Brazilian landscape with the freedom of incorporating the underlying geometry. I allowed the gestural lines, shapes, and colors to act as clues that lead me to spatial relationships that I intuitively added or removed.
